Lets face it – its not every day that you need the services of an outside catering company! Planning a wedding can be a huge task, after all you want the best you can possibly afford, whilst still striking a balance between the perfect wedding day – and eternal debt!
There are many websites offering advice and timescales for all aspects of finding, and choosing the perfect suppliers for your wedding day, so that is not what I will get into here.
Obviously whether you need a caterer for your wedding day itself or not depends on the type of venue that you have both decided on. Most hotels provide their own in-house caterers, although some still prefer to offer a wider choice which also then can incorporate a much wider selection of types of catering from specific themes, or specialist foods and menus from different countries. All things that also need considering when first choosing the venue for your wedding.
Here at Bricks catering we have a good reputation for listening to our customers requests, and subsequently creating a menu to suit your theme, tastes, or origins so that our food works with the theme of your wedding, as opposed to being bolted on the side as an added extra. But where would you start with the menu!?
Once you have chosen your venue, that will also reflect on the type of Wedding breakfast that would suit the surroundings. For example a Hog Roast or a Caribbean Barbecue may work better at a marquee or Village Hall wedding, rather than a more formal three course sit down meal which would suit a 5 star English Country manor with beautifully clipped hedges.
My point is you need a caterer who will really listen to what YOU want, not just serve you the standard menus rolled out for every wedding. You deserve more than that, and we take great pleasure in creating bespoke and delicious food for your guests to suit both your tase and budget. We so look forward to hearing from you!
